Make a reservation

The Charlotte Inn experience begins long before you arrive at our luxury hotel in the heart of Edgartown village. Gracious, personalized service starts with your first phone call to the inn, when your reservation is made in a one-to-one conversation with someone who cares about your needs and is dedicated to meeting them.

A personal welcome helps ensure the quality of your experience with us. By speaking with you directly, our knowledgeable staff can determine which of our fine accommodations would be best suited to your stay. Therefore, while we happily respond to your questions submitted via e-mail, we accept reservations by telephone only.

Pre-Arrival Concierge Services

The Charlotte Inn’s pre-arrival concierge services allow you to start planning long before you check in, to help ensure that you get the most out of every moment of your stay. Prior to your arrival, our manager will contact you to provide transportation assistance for airlines, ferry service, and car and bicycle rentals. We’ll happily make arrangements for dinner reservations, special events, picnics, and island excursions such as sailing and fishing charters. Here at The Charlotte Inn, we’re pleased to assist you in planning the perfect Martha’s Vineyard vacation.
